Hi, I’m Clare Bailey, a passionate and experienced beauty educator, PMU specialist, and director of Chantilly Skin and Brow, a group of four thriving salons across New South Wales. With over a decade in the beauty industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others look and feel their best, while mentoring and supporting fellow professionals on their own paths to success. I specialise in advanced brow techniques and permanent makeup, and have had the privilege of working with thousands of clients to enhance their natural beauty. But my true passion lies in education—sharing what I’ve learned, helping others grow, and raising the standard of our industry. I’m proud to offer both online and in-person training, catering to all levels of experience, from aspiring artists just starting out to seasoned professionals ready to refine their skills. I created CB Brow Training as a space for genuine learning, connection, and transformation. My mission is to empower brow artists with the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to not only master their craft but build sustainable, successful careers.
